Valentine has never been something I have been too into. I have always been a love of everyday romantic gestures, which is something I especially enjoy and take notice of after moving in together with my boyfriend. We have celebrated Valentines Day the last two years now, but it is not really anything more special than any other date-night. I have not given this years Valentines too much thought yet, and did really not think I would blog about it, but the last week it seems to have been everywhere. On every blog and Instagram, restaurant-pages and everything else - Valentines is there. So it has been something I have thought about and gathered some inspiration for, just because it is this Saturday, and I think it is fun to be inspired. I know people have a lot of different opinions about the "holiday", but I think that it should simply be a good day - spent with the ones you love (even if you are in a relationship or not). Dress up and go out if you want to, or stay in and order pizza. The most important thing is to have fun, and appreciate your loved ones.

SUNDAY DREAMING ... VALENTINES DAY

It's Sunday and I am dreaming. This last week the weather has been so awful here - cold, windy and wet - and I am longing so much for paradise, with the sun and palm trees. My trip to Qatar has finally been booked, and I really can't wait to go back. Especially today I would love to be there, as it is my dad's birthday (happy birthday daddy!). It is now more than one month since I last saw my parents, and I won't see them for two more months, and I have not been in Qatar in almost a year, so this Sunday I am spending on Pinterest, looking at amazing photos of "paradise":

SUNDAY DREAMING... LONDON FASHION WEEK
Sundays (in my case) are for relaxing, cleaning, working and dreaming a bit. That is why I am starting with a new weekly post here on my blog; "Sunday Dreaming". Featuring inspiration from one thing that I am dreaming about/ have been dreaming about this week. And to start it all up, I want to take a few minutes to talk about London Fashion Week.
It is now less than a month until London Fashion Week is on, and I am so incredibly excited! I have spent so many years back home in Norway, dreaming about attending the big fashion weeks for so many years now, and finally it is my turn to be a part of it. Luckily, I also have my amazing blogger friend Georgina here, so I won't have to go alone. We will be attending some fashion shows, dinners and parties, and I am really looking forward to all of it. I have started ordering a few pieces online, planning my outfits carefully, and I am also trying to get as much school work done as possible, so I have the week/ weekend completely off. Outfit-vise, I am thinking that (as always) comfort is key, and I will be wearing comfortable, classy outfits, that can easily be transformed from day to night outfits. Like I said, I have already ordered some pieces, and I will do a post on more outfit-planning later, a bit closer to the start of LFW.

SUNDAY INSPIRATION: REALISTIC
“2015;
1. Sleep earlier, rise earlier - get off your phone, set a time, create a habit.
2. Read more - and not just shitty fanfics. Read them too. But read. Read classics, read newspapers, read magazines, read fictional books, read joke books. Just read.
3. Stay away from people who do not deserve you - you are worth a lot more. Fuck their shitty opinions.
4. Eat well - and I don’t mean diet. I mean, eat well. Eat healthy, indulge every once in a while, but don’t go overboard. Eat for your health and not for society.
5. Create a plan that will be enjoyable for exercise and just do it - no fucking around this year
6. Study well - an hour every single day. Just one hour of uninterrupted, that’s all it will take.
7. Pamper yourself- give yourself one hour. One hour a week to unwind. To week to wash your hair, leave in your conditioner, soak your skin, have a face mask, shave your legs, light some candles, drink some tea, put on nice smelling lotion and comfy pajamas, put on some nice music and sleep well.
8. Put in an effort - doing your hair nicely, putting on that clean change of clothes and a simple coat of mascara has a lot of power to make you feel a hell of a lot better
9. Learn new VOCAB - because why the fuck not? Write down your new words that you learn while reading, use them in conversations; expand your vocab, because when you are sitting in the exam room, you’ll be glad you have.
10. Plan an outing once a week - have something to look forward to, to be excited for. Experience new things.
11. Set small goals - 3 small things to do every day, and don’t sleep till you have them done. 3x365 knowledgeable achievements will be worth it - trust me
12. Meet new people - don’t be so quick to judge.
13. Love yourself - I’m still trying to figure this one out, but I’m beginning to feel like I am worth it.
14. Art - practice makes perfect. Work, and when you can’t work, learn. Discover artists and their pieces, their inspirations, their style. Document it. There is always something to do to improve, whether it be through practice or research.
15. Stick to these goddamn goals. 2015 will be the shit if I make it.”
